  • comprehensive legal analysis and drafting of documents (scheme terms and conditions, rules) of the Polish version of a loyalty scheme for a coffee shop chain;
  • devising an all-embracing legal model and documents (agreements, scheme terms and conditions) for a bonus scheme for a B2B producer of computers, including obtaining vital tax rulings from tax authorities;
  • devising an all-embracing legal model and documentation (agreements, scheme terms and conditions) for a multi-partner discount scheme;
  • providing legal advice on promotional lotteries and campaigns based on SMS premium  organised on an outside contractor basis for telecommunications operators, comprising consultations as to the mechanics of the campaign, legal assistance with regard to negotiations with the outside service provider, and review of the scheme terms and conditions;
  • drafting agreements and handling negotiations to obtain the rights to images of celebrities for the purpose of an advertising campaign for a consumer electronics retail chain;
