, a fast-growing FinTech, which is the fourth entity in Poland to get a KNF license as a Payment Institution. The company has offices in Poland and the UK and provides services to over 50,000 registered clients and transfers 400 million PLN a year.

GG is Poland’s most popular online messenger. Its first version was published in 2000. The investment agreement, signed in March 2018, includes the acquisition of selected assets by England.pl, which enable providing services to the users of the messenger. The subjects of the transaction include the GG messenger, internet domains, server equipment and trademarks and logos, including the famous sun icon.
